Ricky joined Nexar Group in 2022 as our National Manager, Service Delivery with responsibility for service requirements for our Cleaning & Security divisions, evolution of our service offering, contract compliance, client satisfaction and organic growth.
Prior to joining Nexar Group, Ricky held senior management roles in the retail and hospitality sectors managing a large portfolio of venues including people management, operational and financial performance, training and client relations.
Ricky holds numerous qualifications in hospitality, safety and operations.
