Luke is passionate about transforming the security industry and challenging the norm. He has extensive experience across security and facilities companies, he had unique insight into how to influence change, reduce risk and enhance the customer experience.
With executive experiences including Head of Security and Investigation Services for NAB, Manager, Group Security and Crisis Management with ActewAGL and Senior Project Manager for Diebold.
Post Luke’s corporate roles, he co-founded Bellrock Partners in 2013 and undertook the role of Managing Director and worked with Australia and Asia’s largest companies across the financial, entertainment, retail and infrastructure sectors. During, 2018, Bellrock Partners was acquired by ASF Group and later become Bellrock Group where Luke lead the Group responsible for Australia, New Zealand and Asia markets.
Luke holds a post-graduate Masters degree in Security Management, Diploma in Business Management and a Member of the Australian Institute if Company Directors (MACID).
